Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (the business using ReviewsAnswered) and Ionel Ilie trading as ReviewsAnswered. By creating an account you accept them. Contact: hello@reviewsanswered.co.uk.
1. The service
ReviewsAnswered reads reviews from your Google Business Profile, uses artificial intelligence to draft replies, and publishes replies on your behalf when you approve them or switch on Autopilot. ReviewsAnswered is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and authorised to manage the business and its Google Business Profile.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. AI replies – your responsibility
AI-generated replies can contain mistakes. You are responsible for every reply published from your account, including replies published automatically by Autopilot. Review drafts before publishing, especially for negative reviews. Do not use ReviewsAnswered to post misleading, offensive or unlawful content, or to break Google's policies.
4. Free trial, price and payment
- New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No card is needed for the trial.
- After the trial, the service costs £19 per month, billed monthly in advance by Stripe until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Payments already made are not refunded, except where the law requires.
- We may change the price with at least 30 days' notice by email.
5. Availability
We aim to keep ReviewsAnswered running at all times but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. Features depend on Google's APIs, which Google may change or limit.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or loss of reputation, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Ending the service
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or do not pay.

9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
